The Quality Management System of The West Group meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 as applicable. We develop and continually implement our QMS to document the company's best practice. We are able to better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and improve the overall management and operation of the company.
What is ISO 13485 and why is it important for our customers?
In addition to ISO 9001, The West Group hold ISO 13485 certification. This quality standard is recognised globally and details the QMS for the design and manufacture of medical devices. We offer sub-contract design and production services to the medical market in accordance with our customer design and specifications.
