TWG Opens New U.S. Facility to Support Growing Medical Device Market

Dallas, Texas – January 2026 TWG, a global supplier of high precision fluid control components and solutions for the medical and life science sectors, has announced the opening of its new U.S. production and assembly facility in Dallas, Texas. The facility strengthens TWG’s North American presence and provides medical device manufacturers with local stock, faster lead times, simplified logistics and dedicated regional support.

The new operation is led by Rachel Okerman, General Manager for the Americas. With extensive experience in medical device contract manufacturing, Rachel brings an end-to-end understanding of sourcing, production, quality and customer success. The team will work closely with TWG’s global engineering experts to deliver integrated turnkey solutions that accelerate development and help customers bring products to market with speed and confidence.

The expansion follows significant growth in the U.S. market, driven by customers relocating operations to North America. Establishing a U.S. facility allows TWG to reduce the impact of tariffs, optimise shipping costs and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring a seamless supply chain.
