We are excited to inform you of an upcoming change to The West Group Ltd’s (TWG) operations. We will soon be relocating and bringing our three current sites together into a single, purpose-built facility to support our future growth and expansion as a global business.

The new site includes significantly expanded cleanroom space, new machinery and automation increasing our capacity to support mass production requirements as your business continues to grow with us.

Investing in Growth and Customer Success

Our priority is to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to supply, product quality or customer service. To support this, we will implement dual-site operations and parallel quality assurance processes during the transition period, maintaining continuity and protecting delivery performance. No action is required from you at this time.

 We currently expect to relocate to our new address in December 2026. However we will confirm the exact date as our plans are finalised.
